100 push-ups, 200 sit-ups: Initial Test

Mel and I are gettin’ in shape. We’re trying a 6 week program that promises to help us do 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups by the end of 6 weeks. Tonight we did our initial evaluations by maxing ourselves out on each exercise. I was able to do 19 push-ups and 25 sit-ups (remember how bad I am at sit-ups???). Mel did 3 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. I’ll let you know each week how we’re improving. I’m most excited about the sit-ups, but mel is looking forward to the push-ups.
