Carrots, Raisins, Pineapple, Mayo

Yum. Mel and I made ourselves a couple of new recipes from our “Four Ingredient Cookbook.” Pictured here, we’ve got twice baked potatoes, and a new tasty salad. You combine shredded carrots, raisins, pineapple, and fat free mayo until you’ve got a nice snack. It sounds gross, I know, but it’s actually really good. We liked it.
