Is My Diet THAT bad?

I get some exercise. Not as much as i used to get when i was running a lot more, but still a lot of exercise. I go running around 3 or 4 times a week, about 5 or 6 miles each time. Not a LOT of running, but certainly noteworthy. Also, I ride my bicycle EVERYWHERE. Any time I go anywhere, I’m pedaling. Point is…. I get a fair amount of exercise. Enough that I almost feel like I ought to be able to eat whatever I want without worrying about weight gain.

NOT SO. I have been gaining weight over the past several months, and I’m a little perplexed. I don’t really watch what I eat very well and will be the first to admit that my diet is unhealthy, but jeez, is it THAT unhealthy? Is my diet bad enough that jogging 3-4 times a week and bicycling everywhere isn’t enough to keep the weight off?

APPARENTLY NOT.

Ho-hum. just another guy complaining about his gut expanding.
